The 2024 Chassagne-Montrachet Clos Saint-Jean 1er Cru (Rouge) has a little wilted rose petal infusing the raspberry and strawberry scents, the 100% whole bunch making its mark but not overriding everything. The palate is well balanced with crunchy tannins, chalky almost; fine structure with impressive weight on the fresh saline finish. Very fine.
