Vinum Pte. Ltd. is committed to protecting the company’s employees, properties, information, reputation and customer’s assets from potential threats in the supply chain. This policy is guided by the company’s basic core values, code of conduct, business ethics and supply chain security standards, and it forms the manner how we operate our business.

Our security activities are conducted on general principles as stated below:

  • “Incident prevention” is treated as first priority;
  • All employees are aware of and take responsibilities for the security aspects of the company’s business activities;
  • Threats analysis and risk evaluations are conducted on a regular basis;
  • Security procedures and guidelines are integrated with business activities;
  • Security measures (CCTVs, log practices) are in place and procedures are subject to regular inspections, validations;
  • Appropriate training plans, customer screening, recruitment, contracting and termination procedures are established and implemented;
  • All incidents, including security breaches and irregularities are reported and recorded. Corrective action(s) are taken and followed up through regular verifications to improve the overall security standards.
  • The policy is approved by the Management Committee and will be maintained, reviewed, revised and updated as and when deemed necessary.
