2015 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Chambolle Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru
1 bottle (x75cl) @ SGD$ 1,025/ bottle (inc GST $1,107)
“The 2015 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes from Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg is a stunning young wine, wafting from the glass with a nose of raspberry, cherry, anise and creamy new oak that is still almost inscrutably youthful. On the palate, the wine is deep and full-bodied, more tensile and chalky than the Chaignots, with bright acidity and an irresistible purity to its fruit. The finish is long and penetrating. This will really need time in bottle to reveal its true quality, but it will be awfully hard to resist temptation.”

2017 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Chambolle Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru
3 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 950/ bottle (inc GST $1,026)
“The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes is also showing beautifully, offering up pretty aromas of ripe cherries, red plums, warm spices, violets and rich soil tones. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, supple and velvety, with a textural attack, almost melting tannins and lively underlying acids, concluding with a mouthwateringly mineral finish.”

2018 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Bourgogne Rouge
12 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 270/ bottle (inc GST $291.60)
“A discreet touch of wood sets off notably ripe red berry aromas that are cut with plum, violet and spice nuances. There is excellent volume to the velvety and round flavors that possess lovely verve on lingering finish. This boxes well above its weight for its level and is recommended.”
87/89 Points Allen Meadows – ‘Outstanding Top value’

2018 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Ruchottes Chambertin Grand Cru
1 bottle (x75cl) @ SGD$ 1,300/ bottle (inc GST $1,404)
“The 2018 Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru, like Roumier’s own take, shows some reduction on the nose, whilst the fruit is a tad darker and the oak more pronounced. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth entry, harmonious red berry fruit, subtle spicy notes with an almost gentle, lilting finish that is quite beguiling. Afford this two or three years in bottle and it should evolve into a sensual Ruchottes.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Bourgogne Rouge
18 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 320/ bottle (inc GST $345.60)
“A very ripe nose consists of poached plum, cassis, black cherry and warm earth that is trimmed in just enough wood to comment upon. The succulent, round and caressing middle weight flavors possess both excellent volume and a plush mouthfeel before concluding in a complex if slightly warm finale where the wood reemerges. Even so, this well-made effort carries both its elevated level of alcohol and oak influence surprisingly well. In sum, this is atypical for the domaine, but it seems to work anyway.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Chambolle Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru
1 case (x3) @ SGD$ 3,450/ case (inc GST $3,726)
“Aromas of raspberries, rose petals, peonies, orange rind and sweet spices introduce the 2019 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes, a medium to full-bodied, bright and elegant wine that’s seamless, vibrant and charming, with superb depth at the core, beautifully refined tannins and a long, mouthwatering finish. As in 2020, the Feusselottes is one of the high points of the range.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Clos Vougeot Grand Cru
1 bottle (x75cl) @ SGD$ 1,600/ bottle (inc GST $1,728)
“Unwinding in the glass with a complex bouquet of peonies, wild berries, rose petals, orange rind, exotic spices and sweet soil tones, the 2019 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru is full-bodied, deep and multidimensional, with huge concentrated, beautifully ripe tannins and lively balancing acids. Powerful and resonant, this vintage stands out for its sheer plenitude and structural finesse; and while it will reward patience, I suspect that it will never truly shut down, something that’s rare for this benchmark rendition of the Clos Vougeot.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Echezeaux Grand Cru
2 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 1,650/ bottle (inc GST $1,782)

Its alliance of drama with precision makes this a very special wine from the Mugneret family.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Nuits St Georges Au Bas de Combe
4 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 660/ bottle (inc GST $712.80)
“The 2019 Nuits Saint-Georges Au Bas de Combe is represented by just two barrels this year, the smallest cuvée of the domaine. It has a delightful bouquet, beautifully defined, offering very pure red fruit that unfolds in the glass in Vosne-like fashion. The palate is well balanced with succulent ripe tannins, perfectly offset by the bead of acidity. Darker fruit emerges toward the finish, which leaves a saline aftertaste. Excellent. (Drink between 2023-2040)”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Nuits St Georges Les Chaignots 1er Cru
2 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 700/ bottle (inc GST $756)
“Deeper pitched than the Vosne-Romanée La Colombière, the 2019 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Chaignots unwinds in the glass with scents of cassis, plums and raspberries mingled with top notes of rose petals, espresso roast and rich spices. Medium to full-bodied, lively and concentrated, it’s deep and layered, with an ample core of fruit and ripe, powdery tannins. It’s an especially charming rendition of this immensely consistent cuvée.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Nuits St Georges Les Vignes Rondes 1er Cru
8 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 720/ bottle (inc GST $777.60)
“Notably ripe yet agreeably fresh and restrained aromas of poached plum, cassis, spice and whiffs of warm earth and the sauvage give way to succulent, round and seductively textured flavors that are shaped by relatively fine-grained tannins on the firm, dusty and youthfully austere finale. I like the balance, and this should age and develop effortlessly over the next 12-plus years.”
92 Points Allen Meadows – ‘Outstanding’

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Ruchottes Chambertin Grand Cru
3 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 1,850/ bottle (inc GST $1,998)
“The 2019 Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru has turned out brilliantly. Soaring from the glass with scents of raspberries, peonies, blood orange, licorice, sweet spices and rose petals, it’s full-bodied, layered and complete, with a velvety attack that segues into a vibrant, multidimensional mid-palate that’s framed by melting tannins and succulent acids. Concluding with a long, perfumed finish, this is a sensational wine that will offer a broad drinking window thanks to the charming profile of the vintage.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Vosne Romanee La Colombiere
9 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 650/ bottle (inc GST $702)
“The 2019 Vosne-Romanée La Colombière is showing just as well in bottle as it did in barrel. Mingling aromas of raspberries and cherries with hints of rose petals, sweet spices, raw cocoa, loamy soil and spices, it’s medium to full-bodied, velvety and layered, with succulent acids and a sensual, seamless profile. Concluding with a long, expansive finish, this is worth a special effort to seek out.”

2019 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg, Vosne Romanee
15 bottles (x75cl) @ SGD$ 550/ bottle (inc GST $594)
“The 2019 Vosne-Romanée Village is already immensely seductive, soaring from the glass with scents of sweet red berries, exotic spices, cherries and rose petals. Medium to full-bodied, supple and velvety, it’s seamless and enveloping, with a succulent core of fruit, melting tannins and a long, perfumed finish.”
