Hundred Acre’s ‘Wraith’ Cabernet Sauvignon is an incredible wine. A blend of selected barrels from this benchmark winery’s three famous single vineyards; Ark, Kayli Morgan and Few and Far Between (all wines capable of perfection), Wraith is easily one of Napa’s top wines. The 2015 is regarded as flawless by the Wine Advocate, so I am delighted to have cases to offer.

The three vineyards that make up the Wraith are exceptional, as is the winemaking. Jayson Woodbridge is, in the words of Robert Parker, “a genius and a visionary” that harvests berry by berry rather than grape by grape. This meticulous attention to detail has meant a roster of some of the finest wines made in the Napa Valley and the Wraith, the pinnacle of the Hundred Acre’s output, therefore a staggering proposition. 

The 2015 is truly remarkable and, for Lisa Perrotti-Brown, “one of those very rare wines that so beautifully straddles the pinnacles of hedonic and the cerebral experiences, forever compelling you to take just one more sip”.
