Glenfarclas 60 Year Old - Only 105 bottles produced

With only 105 bottles produced, I am delighted to offer the Glenfarclas 60 Year Old today at GBP 15,500 per bottle in bond.

The whisky is bottled in a hand-blown Glencairn Crystal Decanter, set within a hand-crafted presentation box designed by Royal Warrant Holder, NEJ Stevenson. For John Grant, the 5th generation and current Chairman, this is a once in a lifetime whisky. He was a young boy in 1959, in his last year at the local primary school, when his father put this whisky into a Sherry Hogshead cask in which to mature over the next 60 years.

As well as being a truly outstanding dram, Glefarclas’ 60 Year Old release is one of the most savvy buys on the market for fans of long aged whiskies. A couple of comparisons include Mortlach’s 60 YO at GBP 30k per bottle, Tullibardine’s 60YO at GBP 30k per bottle and of course Macallan’s 60YO Lalique Decanter at GBP 124k per bottle.

With just 105 bottles in existence from this single cask, do let us know if you’d like to snap one up:
