The 2019 Syrah is very perfumed on the nose, offering black cherries, boysenberry, pressed rose petal and incense. This really expresses the variety with style. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained, supple tannins and well-judged acidity. Smooth and intense, yet quite gentle and caressing on the finish. This is a delicious Syrah that should drink well for 15-20 years.
