10% new oak and a small portion in Italian amphorae.Purity of lemon, lime and a hint of flint to the aromas. Edgy energy, vibrant and pure. But not lean or austere in the least. With a saline mineral kick on the finish, a little minty even, a touch of pithy bitterness, too.
Anticipated maturity: 2026-2031
