*Only 2,300 bottles made*

The pedigree, price and rarity of this fantastic cultcollectable Champagne make it one of the most compelling that we’ve seen and guaranteed to sell out.

For Champagne collectors, the name Fallon is one to be very excited about.
Michel Fallon was the cellar master at Selosse for thirty years and helped to make the captivating, game-changing wines that made Selosse the global superstar it is today. Michel, however, is not the only Fallon making Champagne; his wife Brigitte Fallon is also a winemaker, and her micro-production cuvees are already seeing immense interest. We are delighted to have one available, the NV Brigitte Fallon Avyisa Grand Cru and with only 2,300 bottles made, it’s one of the rarest Champagnes on the market.

The Avysia is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from the famed cru of Avize.
It is based around the 2019 vintage and includes reserve wines going back to 2014. The dosage is low, while the wine echoes the Selosse and Michel Fallon style, being powerful and complex with oxidative notes to balance the purity of the Chardonnay fruit.

The price sets it apart from Selosee and Michel Fallon, despite the incredible rarity.
Michel Fallon’s Ozanne Blanc de Blancs is around 60% more expensive on the London market, while a case of Selosse’s Initial Blanc de Blancs is around 75-80% more costly. We’re expecting the gap to close in the coming years, making this one to buy now.
Details are below, do take a look and let me know if you would like to secure any.
