EnquiryTasting Notes
Neal Martin 90
The 2016 Chardonnay Reserve has a forward and expressive nose with citrus fruit, vanilla, French patisserie and light almond scents. The palate is texturally satisfying and quite phenolic in style, though it lacks some tension and freshness on the nutty finish. This still offers drinking pleasure, but I would consume it within the next three or four years. Tasted blind at the South Africa Ten Years On tasting in London.
